Day 1 – Arrival in Munich

Arrival in Munich, the vibrant capital of Bavaria. Depending on arrival time, enjoy a first glimpse of the city, with highlights such as Marienplatz, the New Town Hall, and the historic old town. Take some time to explore the pedestrian streets and enjoy the traditional Bavarian atmosphere. Overnight in Munich.

Day 2 – Neuschwanstein Castle & Ettal Monastery

Depart Munich and travel through the scenic Bavarian countryside to Neuschwanstein Castle, one of Germany’s most famous landmarks, dramatically situated above the village of Hohenschwangau. Continue to the picturesque Ettal Valley and visit Ettal Monastery, a magnificent Benedictine abbey known for its impressive Baroque church and beautiful Alpine setting. Overnight in the Ettal/Garmisch-Partenkirchen area.

Day 3 – Zugspitze-Top of Germany & Innsbruck

Travel to the Zugspitze, Germany’s highest mountain at 2,962 metres, known as the “Top of Germany.” Enjoy spectacular panoramic views across the Alps from the summit. Continue through the Tyrolean Alps to Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol. Discover the city’s impressive Alpine setting and historic architecture. Overnight in Innsbruck.

Day 4 – Innsbruck City & Nordkette-Top of Innsbruck & Tyrolean Folk Show

Explore Innsbruck’s historic city center, including the famous Golden Roof, Imperial Palace, Hofkirche, and charming medieval streets. In the afternoon, ascend the Nordkette to the “Top of Innsbruck,” where spectacular views extend over the city and surrounding Tyrolean Alps. In the evening, experience a traditional Tyrolean Folk Show with the Gundolf Family, featuring music, dance, costumes, and local traditions combined with a delicious local meal. Overnight in Innsbruck.

Day 5 – Swarovski Crystal Worlds & Berchtesgaden Salt Mine – Salzburg

Depart Innsbruck and visit Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens, an extraordinary attraction combining crystal art, gardens, and imaginative installations. Continue toward Berchtesgaden and explore the historic Berchtesgaden Salt Mine, where underground tunnels reveal the region’s centuries-old salt-mining heritage. Continue to Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart and a UNESCO World Heritage city. Overnight in Salzburg.

Day 6 – Salzburg 

Enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Salzburg, discovering highlights such as Mirabell Gardens, Mozart’s birthplace, the historic old town, and Salzburg Cathedral. The afternoon is at leisure with the possibility to do a half day excursion to Hallstatt and the Austrian Lake Disctrict. Overnight in Salzburg.

Day 7 – Salzburg & Return to Munich via Chiemsee

Travel toward Munich via Chiemsee, Bavaria’s largest lake. Enjoy a scenic lake cruise to Herreninsel and visit the magnificent Herrenchiemsee Palace, built by King Ludwig II. Continue to Munich where you have the possibility to visit the BMW Museum and the Bayern Munich Football Stadium. Overnight in Munich.

Day 8 – Ingolstadt Village & Departure

Before your return flight, visit Ingolstadt Village, a popular outlet shopping destination offering a wide selection of international fashion, lifestyle, and luxury brands. Enjoy some free time for shopping before continuing to Munich Airport for your departure
